  • Little Hollywood Land

    Step back into Kanab’s famous Western movie history at Little Hollywood Land, an outdoor attraction featuring authentic movie sets used in classic Western films. Wander through the preserved frontier buildings, learn about the productions filmed in the area, and experience why Kanab became known as “Little Hollywood.” Admission is free, making it a fun stop for visitors of all ages.

  • Kanab Film Museum

    A small but charming museum in Kanab. Kanab earned the nickname ‘Little Hollywood’ after serving as the filming location for more than 100 Western films and numerous television productions. The museum features vintage posters, props, and photos from Western classics and other films shot in the area.

  • Best Friends Animal Sanctuary

    One of the world’s largest no-kill animal sanctuaries welcomes leashed pets in many outdoor areas. Visitors can explore scenic walking trails, attend educational programs, and enjoy a peaceful day surrounded by rescued animals and beautiful red rock landscapes.

    This easy, dog-friendly hike leads to fascinating mushroom-shaped rock formations and offers incredible desert scenery. It’s one of the area’s best short hikes for the whole family, including your four-legged companion.
