How to Work Together

If you have a buyer/seller client looking for short term rental expertise we are willing to help! There are a few options in which we can be involved. Please know that we are agents ourselves, but we believe in the law of abundance and are happy to work together.

Projections

We can help support your buyer by providing unlimited projections for any property for a referral fee of 25%. This would be a good fit for an agent who wants to do a majority of the work with their client on property finding, but needs an expert that can answer questions and run numbers for their clients.

Co-Agents

For a 50/50 split we can work right along side you to help your client transact with unlimited support and property finding.

Referral

STR transactions are a specialty that requires expertise, similar to that of commercial real estate. If you'd rather pass them off to an STR agent we will give you a referral fee of 25%.

Pocket Listings

We vet active listings and analyze them daily to send to our buyers. We also receive some off market listings that are turnkey STR's. If you choose this route, we can also send these listings to you as an agent. For a 10% referral fee you have access to listings that come pre-vetted with projections, pro forma, and knowledge of the legalities of the home. Disclosure: They are not always our listings. They are active homes on the MLS or off market deals of which we have been presented.
