Working Together

If you have a buyer/seller client looking for short term rental expertise we are willing to help! There are a few options in which we can be involved. Please know that we are agents ourselves, but we believe there in the law of abundance and are happy to work together.

Back Pocket Expert

This option would be for the agent with no expertise in STR and would like an expert in their back pocket through the entire process. We can do unlimited analysis on homes, consultations, etc. for a 25% referral fee of your commission OR you can refer the client to us completely and obtain a 25% referral from our commission for merely passing them on.

Consultation

We can schedule a consultation with you or your client to go over any questions at a rate of $200/hr. Our time is valuable and so we simply cannot give free time and advice as it is not sustainable for anyone!

Discounted Management for Clients

If your client uses us in any form (consultation or otherwise) to help purchase a vacation home we will discount their management fee 5%.

Referral

If you refer your client to us for management we will pay a $500 referral fee to you upon their first booking.
